A re-description of the South African centipede Schendylops caledonicus (Chilopoda Geophilomorpha Schendylidae)
A lectotype is selected among the syntypes of Schendylops caledonicus (Atteins, 1928). The species is re-described and compared to the remaining African species of Schendylops Cook, 1899.
