Sumario: | The foreign trade between Argentina and China produces a strong impact on the mode of accumulation. The advantages and disadvantages of this commercial relation is being discussed in the academic and in politics. The regional integration of Latin America is a main problem on these discussions. Is this exchange a boost to bilateral relations between unequal countries or is an opportunity to strengthen the growth of the region and promote economic and political union of Latin American countries? Nevertheless, in these analyzes tends to prevail a superstructure point of view that ignores economic and social actors who benefits from these relations. This article proposes to study the impact of China on the regional integration, but focusing on detecting and explaining the economic and social actors who are at the forefront of this process.
