Sumario:Two setups of semiconductor detectors were employed. For the detection of gamma rays, a commercial Ge(Li) counter was used. For the detection of low-energy X rays, internal conversion electrons, and beta continuum spectra, a Si(Li) counter was mounted in a cryostat, the configuration of which is given. Both detectors were used to study the decay of 115Cd (53.5 h). New results are reported concerning the ICC, beta spectra and low-energy X-ray spectra. © 1974.
