Sumario: | We investigate the time-evolution of correlated critical states (gaussons) for a time-dependent harmonic oscillator coupled to a loss mechanism. A general dissipativity condition can be formulated and a derivation of the structure of gausson-conserving, dissipative as well as nondissipative, Hamiltonians, is presented. The already known frictional Hamiltonians are found to be particular cases of this description of damped motion. © 1981. |
