Sumario:This report will focus on the re-construction processes of the recent past in relation to the patrimonial constitution of the former clandestine detention center Monte Pelloni. In this sense, several views will be taken into account that converge in the daily life of the city of Olavarría, as manifestations / demands for human rights at local level. Visibilizing the process through which this re-construction of the recent pastis activated and identifying the uses made by the actors of these recovered places is crucial to contribute to the understanding of the uses and impacts of cultural heritage in the local community. Specifically, the ex – CCD Monte Pelloni is very important in these processes of a symbolic nature. In this way, it is intended to account for the fact that, in these processes of activation, protection and recovery of memory sites, tensions and dilemmas linked to patrimonialization and memory are woven.
