Sumario:In this article, the author reflects on the legitimacy of the punishment of the facilitation of consensual prostitution of adults, linking sex work with the right of adults to independently configure their own life plan. To this end, the jurist analyzes the norms of the current Argentine legal system and the theoretical contributions of the criminal doctrine and feminist discourses.
