En el presente artículo, el autor reflexiona sobre la legitimidad del castigo de la facilitación de la prostitución consentida de adultos, vinculando al trabajo sexual con el derecho de las personas adultas a configurar autónomamente su propio plan de vida. Para ello, el jurista analiza las normas del ordenamiento jurídico argentino vigente y los aportes teóricos de la doctrina penal y de los discursos feministas.
