Sumario:This article aims to analyze the discipline of women's football from a Human Rights perspective, from its historical consideration and the subsequent search to achieve greater participation and prominence. An exploratory and reflective journey is proposed about the complex relationship of this sporting practice with respect to the differentiation between masculine and feminine and that is reflected in a search for equality and non-discrimination as components of human dignity, a necessary axiological component for consecration of Human Rights.
