Sumario:The article presents situations, questions and dilemmas, which gave structure and substance to a process of teaching training based on teachers´ own practice. The knowledge, didactics and scenarios of teachers, as determinant of their professional development, constituted the basis for designing an experimental implementation of such model and its possible applications to other fields, according to contextual diversity. We consider that this proposal will help stereotyped routines in the teaching practices and, as a consequence, it will offer a possible solution to the lack of interest and poor performance of students in the classes of Natural Sciences.
