It is proposed as the objective of the paper to analyze the transformations in the social reproduction strategies of the domestic units as from the access to the Conditional Transfer Policy contemplated in the Provincial Law No. 9185/04, Córdoba, Argentina during the years 2016-2019, around two dimensions: goods and consumption access and care work. This analysis, based on the contributions of the Rights Approach and Social Medicine and Collective Health, identified that the transformations in the strategies of social reproduction occurred at two key moments: First, urgency and illness, with a reduction of expenses, consumption and support in family and community networks and then, after access to the transfer, an increase in consumption and in the possibilities of recovery. In both cases, there is a prioritization of children's needs, a feminization of care work and a transformation from urgency to planning. With these elements, a discussion on the conditional right to social care is offered.
