Sumario:This article is part of the work experience in a spontaneus demand attention device in the social work area. It takes place in a Health Center of the first level of care, located in the southern area of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. The objective is to rethink the characteristics that this demand acquires and how it is linked to the institutional dynamics, the characteristics of the Health Center area of influence and the broader social context. A brief historicization of the approach modalities is carried out, focusing the analysis on the actuality of those ones. The development of this writing allows to make visible and recover some of the aspects that affect the construction of demands for social work, both by the population and from other disciplines. Within the framework of this complexity, some categories that go through professional interventions are problematizated, in the line of outlining action proposals, with the right to assistance as an horizon.
