Sumario:I could never read the "models ..." in a row. I was always stuck in different paragraphs and sections writing down, evaluating my own work and desperately going to the library. I begin my brief comment at the end. It is well worth stopping at the Acknowledgments and seeing who read, discussed and commented on different aspects of the manuscript since we owe them very good archeology. So, if you start work "through the back door" you are already warned, you know what awaits you.
