Sumario:Lithic resources serve as indicators of the diversity of activities conducted at a site,  offering insights into the nature of its occupations. This study delves into the character of the Colmillo Sur I site (South-central Patagonia), which was persistently occupied during certain periods, from 7,424 to 535 cal AP. To do so, our investigation explored the informative potential of knapping debitage from a reduction sequence perspective. Our results provide deeper insights and expand upon previously identified trends at the site. We identified that activities involving different raw materials were generally similar but characterized by dissimilarities based on their quality and origin. Furthermore, these trends remained generally stable in most of its occupations. This suggested a consistent character throughout the site's occupational history.
