Sumario:introduction. The intervention project through workshops or group sessions is developed to respond to the demand for support required by parents outside the care setting in the neonatal therapy of the Allende Cerro Sanatorium Objectives: to provide clear, timely information about care offered and operating, providing holistic care, focused on the patient and family, the psychological well-being and comfort of families, taking care of personal and emotional demands. Allowing the reciprocal interaction of the health team and the family member to favor the child. Methodology: Carrying out workshops or group sessions with central themes of interest expressed by the parents through a pre-test, guided by a facilitator who will coordinate the debate, the experiences and stories that arise.
