Giant asymptomatic anterolateral diaphragmatic hernia in an adult: report of a rare case
Giant diaphragmatic hernias are frequently diagnosed in the intrauterine stage and are often incompatible with life if not treated. We report a rare case of a giant defect in an adult male associated with agenesis of the pericardium resolved by laparoscopy.
