Sumario:In 1668 Julian de Aller S.J. leave the rectory of the San Francisco Xavier de Chu-quisaca University with the mission of going to the jungle area of the Llanos de Mojos. There, Aller made the first descriptions of the region, performed the first baptisms and developed a vocabulary of the local language. That entrance in 1668 began the spiritual conquest in the llanos de Mojos, where de Jesuit reductions were founded in the 17th and 18th centuries.
