| Sumario: | The year 1904 in Argentina was marked by the conflict between capital and labor, as well as by the readjustment of the workers' forces after a violent repressive experience. In Rosario, the Federación Obrera Rosario held its first Congress, which in turn would be provincial. This Congress has not been studied in depth, but its resolutions laid the foundations of many of those that days later would be adopted by the IV Congress of the Federación Obrera Argentina, the national entity. We therefore believe that this Congress deserves to be rethought in its organizational dimension both at the local level in Rosario and for its impact at the provincial and national level. |
