Meiotic Aberrations in Triticales Octopliodes

The cytological stability of octoploid triticales was studied by counting meiotic irregularities (univalents in Metaphase I, laggards in Anaphase I and micronuclei in Tetrads), in CMP. Sumario:The cytological stability of octoploid triticales was studied by counting meiotic irregularities (univalents in Metaphase I, laggards in Anaphase I and micronuclei in Tetrads), in CMP. Four lines obtained from crosses between wheat var. Buck Pampero and rye var. Insave, obtained at the Department of Cereals and Oilseeds of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences (U.N.C.) were analyzed. The statistical analysis was carried out by means of tests of comparison of two proportions through the normal distribution.
