| Sumario: | This article deals with the management in the territory of the Provincial Plan of Territorial Management by Quadrants of the government of the province of Córdoba, taking the experience of the neighborhood council developed in the Yapeyu Quadrant of the City of Córdoba. In particular, we are interested in deepening two aspects: first, the various relationship strategies and demands that the actors implement in their relationship with the state, which allows us to see the action of local actors in the plot of intrabureaucratic contradictions, and second, the implementation of various state strategies around a problem or territory, interventions that are often contradictory and conflicting with each other.
The methodology used is qualitative, with reading and analysis of secondary sources (documents of the analyzed policy) and analysis of interviews conducted with the social promoter and referents of social organizations that participate in the neighborhood council of the Yapeyú quadrant. We recover the senses and practices of the subjects around the multiactoral space, the management strategies of the territorial organizations and the state intervention mode in the problems that arise within the framework of the case analyzed. |
