| Sumario: | Given the relevance of documenting the SARS-COv2 pandemic in Mexico, a first evaluation and analysis exercise considered halfway is done, which confirms a spectrum of characteristics with the world reference that preceded it, but emphasizes in conditions that are of the most importance for the country, such as the wide and known risk that the population has with respect to chronic metabolic and cardiovascular diseases; as well as a collective environment on which the disease would be arriving, with a population in transit of a political regime, the proposed structural modification actions, as well as the known deterioration of public institutions, including the national health system. The results of the epidemiological analysis are presented, in which the increased risk in men stands out, and according to a gradient of age, growth, which corresponds to greater conditions of severity and death. Independently diabetes mellitus, hypertension, chronic kidney disease and immunosuppression, as well as management indicators in the face of severity, establish the comprehensive need for broader approaches, as well as the incursion into evaluations linked to the collective environment of the Mexican population. |
