Sumario:In the present work we will analyze how between 1945 and 1948 the designation and the permanent refill of municipal commissioners can be interpreted as a resource that allowed the Peronism to influence in the collective decisions and also as an evidence of his lack of legitimacy to guarantee the unification of the fragmented party in local areas. Especially, we will attempt a tour for three studies of case from the province of Buenos Aires (Chascomús, Coronel Pringles and Pergamino), in order to examine, fundamentally with journalistic and legislative sources, the existing relation between the commissioners' replacement and the fluency and the conflict of the structure aligned after the candidacy first and then the presidency of Juan D. Perón.
