| Sumario: | This work is structured around a question present today in the Peruvian political scene: why the Peru's economy is described as a miracle? To answer the question, we review the recent history of Peru since 1990 with history of concepts key. The history of concepts is a tool for critical reflection, it opposes the analysis of the facts, ruptures and continuities; by the contrary, the history of concepts offers us a vision of lasting structures and changes in the horizons of sense. It allows us to understand the meaning of the Peruvian economic miracle and identify the aporia that constitutes it: the ahistoricity. |
