Sumario:Inequality is a problem important present in cities and the vulnerable populations shows differentiated access to public assets, this phenomenon has characteristics from according to the scales of analysis, therefore, in this work It shows the intra-metropolitan inequalities in the access to public services, with emphasis on educational services. The conditions of differentiated access to services are identified, as satisfiers of rights, in the Metropolitan Zone of Cancun, a city developed from the state promotion of the main tourist destination in Mexico, thus, vulnerable territories are identified through methodological tools such as the multicriteria analysis and the Moran index. As a result, this research, shows a poor perception of the quality of services by users who report the location of vulnerable territories that are segregated and lack conditions that allow them to face the inequalities of urban life.
