The logic of production of residential fabric in intermediate cities, from private interventions in independent lots that make up the block, delimit the framework of research presented, in order to enhance the possibility of generating a quality urban space, in its programmatic, spatial and morphological aspects.
It is proposed, from project research, a double approach to the problem, from rethinking the typology of the block and its relationship with semi-public and private public spaces, and to investigate the forms of collective housing production that are articulated with the construction logics of the urban form. It is an ordering system of general structures and parts, where the result of everything is more important than that of each part, respecting the subdivision of the existing land in each chosen city.
The methodology enables theoretical elaboration and the study of cases, with the project as a generator of verification instances and as a tool for validating the working hypotheses. The study is given in relation to the existing city and based on case studies in different intermediate cities in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina. |

Las lógicas de producción del tejido residencial en ciudades intermedias, desde intervenciones privadas en lotes independientes que conforman el bloque manzana, delimitan el marco de la investigación que se presenta, con el objeto de potenciar la posibilidad de generar un espacio urbano de calidad, en sus aspectos programáticos, espaciales y morfológicos. Se propone, desde la investigación proyectual, un doble abordaje al problema, a partir de repensar la tipología de la manzana y su relación con los espacios públicos semipúblicos y privados, y al indagar en las formas de producción de vivienda colectiva que se articulan con las lógicas de construcción de la forma urbana. Es un sistema ordenador de estructuras generales y de partes, donde el resultado del todo es más importante que el de cada parte, respetando la subdivisión de la tierra existente en cada ciudad elegida. La metodología de trabajo posibilita la elaboración teórica y el estudio de casos, con el proyecto como generador de instancias de verificación y como herramienta de validación de las hipótesis de trabajo. El estudio se da en relación con la ciudad existente y en base a estudio de casos en diferentes ciudades intermedias de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina. As lógicas de produção do tecido residencial em cidades intermediárias, desde intervenções privadas em lotes independentes que conformam o bloco maçã, delimitam o marco da pesquisa que se apresenta, a fim de aumentar a possibilidade de gerar um espaço urbano de qualidade, nos seus aspectos programáticos, espaciais e morfológicos. Propõe-se, desde a investigação projectual, uma dupla abordagem ao problema, começando por repensar a tipologia da maçã e a sua relação com os espaços públicos semi-públicos e privados; e ao indagar sobre as formas de produção de habitação coletiva que se articulam com as lógicas de construção da forma urbana. É um sistema de computador de estruturas gerais e de partes, onde o resultado do todo é mais importante que o de cada parte, respeitando a subdivisão da terra existente em cada cidade escolhida. A metodologia de trabalho possibilita a elaboração teórica e o estudo de casos, com o projeto como gerador de instâncias de verificação e como ferramenta de validação das hipóteses de trabalho.
