Sumario:In this paper we present the results of the integration of various lines of evidence related to the study of a ceramic container recovered at the site of Corral Alto (Antofagasta de la Sierra, Prov. Catamarca). We analyze morphotechnological characteristics of the vessel related to their use to enquire into the daily practices related to the collection, use, processing or storage of vegetal resources. At the same time, we conducted a multiple microfossil analysis (phytoliths and starches among other evidences) to identify the use and /or consumption of wild and domesticated plant resources by agro-pastoralist groups during the Late Period (ca. 1000- 500 BP) in the Southern Puna.
