| Sumario: | On this paper, a study designed from an ethnographic approach about a business group with a long history: the Argentine Association of Regional Consortiums for Agricultural Experimentation (AACREA) is presented. This work proposes to analyze, through documentary sources and interviews with members of different generations, the training of young people in local communities during the last sixty years. The writing unfolds in two interlocked dimensions of analysis: on one hand, the institutional position regarding rural youth and their education; on the other, the family strategies of its members for the incorporation of their young people to the socio-productive and organizational activities of the sector. |
