Sumario:This research work is related to the current phenomenon of the construction of tower apartments and the verticalization of the city. This is a densification process that causes complications in the urban space for a part of the population while benefiting another part of it, generally a medium or high socioeconomic level, which favors the development of this process. This is mainly caused by the revaluation of certain areas that have a privileged position regarding the proximity to railway stations, and especially, the access to highways or routes that connect with large cities, such as the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires. To examine the consequences of this process, an investigation was carried out based on works related to the subject, field work, and informal interviews.
