Sumario:This conversation allows to know the profile of an architect in charge of public projects management. The architect Marcelo Ranzini, secretary of infrastructure at Universidad Nacional de Rosario, develops here the criteria that shape its ideas and actions. First of all, he goes through different moments of his academic and professional training in Argentina and Spain. Then, he explains the running of the office he directs, where significant urban fragments of the city and the region are projected. Finally, he deepens in the intervention strategies for the Ciudad Universitaria Rosario (CUR). Through this path are discussed central issues related to the project development and management, its articulation with actors involved and architecture competitions as a democratic tool to validate the proposals.
