Sumario:This work narrates the details of a first Training Program in Neuroincentives for Middle Managers applied to employees of two SMEs in the city of Rosario. The activities carried out in two days of 4 hours, of which a total of 7 employees participated, are shown. In order to evaluate its influence on the behavior of each of these leaders and the impact on their staff in charge, a quantitative study was carried out, based on a self-administered questionnaire that was applied to all the participants of the program. The participants show a high degree of satisfaction with the training received, especially with the teaching staff and the contents addressed. Both at a general level and in terms of specific aspects, the course has had a largely positive consideration.
