We intend to reflect on the construction of institutional violence as a native category deployed both by family members and by "family activists" and which includes different cases such as reports of abuse and cruelty that exceed death itself, and also refers to the functioning of the judicial bureaucracy.  For this purpose, from complexity and accumulation, we shall do research into the violent experiences that people go through, focusing on the family networks and their trajectories because they are the ones who deal with the conflicts and implications that violent deaths provoke. Para este trabajo proponemos realizar una indagación en torno a los procesos de construcción política de la categoría “violencia institucional” en la provincia de Córdoba, a partir de las investigaciones etnográficas que venimos desarrollando en el equipo de investigación del que formamos parte. Pretendemos reflexionar acerca de la construcción de la violencia institucional en cuanto categoría nativa, que resulta movilizada tanto por familiares, por “activistas familiares” y que incluye casos diversos, denuncias de abuso y crueldad que exceden la muerte misma, y que refiere también al funcionamiento de la burocracia judicial. Para ello indagaremos, desde la complejidad y acumulación, las experiencias que las personas tienen en torno a las violencias que los atraviesan, poniendo énfasis en las redes familiares y sus trayectorias porque son ellas las que lidian con los conflictos e implicancias que las muertes violentas suscitan.
