| Sumario: | This article deals with cooperation relations between Morocco and Argentina in the cultural and academic sphere. This link contributes to a greater proliferation of artistic and communicative information between the two countries, which could establish contacts between the two societies, through academic and official institutions, associations, organisations or individuals. The main interest of this article is to highlight the importance of cultural, scientific and academic cooperation with Argentina in the dynamism of bilateral ties, without ignoring the very rich common historical heritage and the linguistic factor as a vehicle for rapprochement and communication, with special reference to the work of the Institute of Spanish-Lusophone Studies as an instrument of such diplomacy, favouring rapprochement between Morocco and Argentina in particular, and between Morocco and other Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking countries. It ends by shedding light on the main obstacles facing the development of bilateral relations in the framework of cultural and academic cooperation. |
