He has written on the theory and philosophy of history, on historical time and questions of temporality, and on the challenges posed by technology and the Anthropocene to modern historical thought. In this paper we propose to analyze the central terms of their proposal and how they can be a contribution in the framework of contemporary Historical Archaeology. We maintain that the transdisciplinary vision underlying Simon is fundamental to incorporate discussions in Historical Archaeology anchored together with changes in the notions of History, historicity, time and temporality. It is a way to explore and integrate concepts ranging from the human, technological and natural world, located in the 21st century. Zoltán Boldizsár Simon es investigador de la Universidad de Bielefeld. Ha sido profesor asistente en la Universidad de Leiden y profesor visitante en el Instituto Max Planck de Historia de la Ciencia. Ha escrito sobre teoría y filosofía de la historia, sobre el tiempo histórico y cuestiones de temporalidad, y sobre los desafíos planteados, por la tecnología y el Antropoceno, al pensamiento histórico moderno. En este trabajo, nos proponemos analizar los términos centrales de su propuesta y cómo pueden llegar a ser un aporte en el marco de la Arqueología Histórica contemporánea. Sostenemos que la visión transdisciplinar que subyace en Simon, es fundamental para incorporar discusiones en la Arqueología Histórica anclada juntamente con los cambios en las nociones de Historia, historicidad, tiempo y temporalidad. Se trata de un camino a explorar e integrar conceptos que van desde el mundo humano, tecnológico y natural, situado en pleno siglo XXI.
