| Sumario: | This paper addresses the problem of homeless people with problematic consumption of psychoactive substances in the city of Mar del Plata in the year 2022. We start by analyzing the problem separately and then together, approaching through vulnerability layers, public policies as well as accessibility and work on devices. The methodology that accompanied the writing process is systematization and in- depth interviews with both social work professionals and homeless people with problematic consumption of psychoactive substances. Arriving at the following conclusions: by the year 2022 there is no device created and designed from its bases for this problem; the need for an interdisciplinary professional team in the treatment facilities where social work begins to occupy and claim leadership and management positions; generate the necessary approaches in order to ensure a facilitated entry, an accompanied permanence and a safe exit of people. |
