| Sumario: | The present article synthesizes some approaches related to the recognition of the logics, practices, and care relationships carried out by collective subjects in the city of Mar del Plata and their interrelation with the principles and guidelines of the Potenciar Trabajo Program. In recent years, especially since the New Feminist Wave in 2015, the issue of care has been incorporated into the public agenda through popular demands and its relevance in the academic scene through numerous studies and research. Therefore, through the triangulation of in-depth interviews with territorial references, focus groups with community caregivers, and a review of literature and statistical data from official sources, progress has been made in recognizing their tasks as part of the socially necessary work for the reproduction of the workforce. |
