| Sumario: | The following work shows a group of reflections around the thoughts between the social issue and the problematic situations which are built on the basis of the processes of the Social Work professionals’ intervention. The understanding of the social issue starting from the work changes in the capitalist society is expressed at the beginning of the text to finally continue with the explicitness of the analytic categories that relate these processes with the problematic situations.
At this point, the characteristics acquired by the category situation obtain relevance to get close to the objective and subjective aspects of the social process as to their structural determinants and contemporary expressions.
