Sumario:The aim of this paper is to explain the problem of how the Investigations Division of the Rosario Police constructed the profile of dangerous subjects in the context of the international fight against anarchism, based on the case study of the dockworkers' strike of October 1906. The sources used are the police records, a technology that was systematically put into circulation for the first time in the context of that strike. We argue that the police prioritized the identification of anarchist militancy, understood as the archetype of the dangerous subject. On the other hand, we affirm that the workers rehearsed repertoires of coordinated protest against the police arrests and interrogations to which they were subjected. This paper seeks to contribute to the experience of Rosario in terms of the transnational dynamics of the struggle against anarchism.
