| Sumario: | This article presents part of the results of investigation in masculinities and football teaching in the city San Carlos de Bariloche. It stands out that the teaching of football in both clubs inquired reveals the prevalence of male hybrids, who get rid of male attitudes and preserve other traditional stereotypes incorporating different elements including contradictory ones in order to serve the patriarchal dominance in this sport. The values related with the periods of work and leisure time are interlaced with masculinities which fluctuates around the figure of male suppliers, health y or gentlemen, according to the conditions given by the context of belonging to each association. |
