| Sumario: | The article presents the preliminary results of a research about the conditions and determining factors of pedagogical continuity at high school level in Buenos Aires. We are interested in recovering research on the intensification of teaching work and studying its new dynamics from the reconversion of work scenarios as a result of border dilutions between home and work, and of the new political regulations pandemic times, to explain how they affected pedagogical decision-making under these unprecedented circumstances in Buenos Aires Province. We analyzed these central dimensions —scenarios, policies and practices— taking into account the dynamics of inequality whose worsening are part of the ongoing academic discussions, distinguishing both, gender conditions and asymmetries in the distribution of care tasks, as well as heterogeneity in socio-sanitary conditions in the territories, linked to care conditions during pandemic times. For this, the policies implemented throughout 2020 were narratively reconstructed and also the results of a survey applied to teachers on September and October of the same year in four districts expressing territorial heterogeneity of the jurisdiction are recovered. |
