Within this framework, the teachers of the Practicum I curriculum at the Facultad de Ciencias Humanas of the Universidad Nacional de La Pampa (Faculty of Human Sciences-National University of La Pampa) developed an innovative methodological proposal based on writings of the self and decolonial thinking to construct a critical, situated, and committed teacher profile for educational transformation. This initiative modifies the local curriculum and is projected internationally through strategic collaborations. This paper analyzes the aforementioned proposal as part of the research projects developed in this academic unit since 2019 focused on the study of formative experiences in practicum curricular spaces, their specificities, the meanings and significance attributed to them by the people involved, and the influence of the contexts in which they take place, from an interpretive approach and a qualitative methodology. For the analysis presented here, various documents and curricular materials were examined, as well as texts produced by the team responsible for the curricular space Practicum I and by the students. La formación docente inicial es un campo dinámico, en constante redefinición, que busca preparar a futuras y futuros educadores para los complejos desafíos del presente. En este marco, las docentes del espacio curricular Práctica I de la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas de la Universidad Nacional de La Pampa desarrollaron una propuesta metodológica innovadora que se cimienta en las escrituras del yo y el pensamiento decolonial para la construcción de un perfil docente crítico, situado y comprometido con la transformación educativa. Esta iniciativa modifica el currículum local y se proyecta internacionalmente a través de colaboraciones estratégicas. En el escrito se analiza la mencionada propuesta en el marco de los proyectos de investigación llevados a cabo en esta unidad académica desde 2019, orientados al estudio de experiencias formativas en espacios curriculares de prácticas, sus particularidades, los sentidos y significados que les otorgan las personas involucradas y la incidencia de los contextos en los que se desarrollan las mismas, desde un enfoque interpretativo y una metodología cualitativa. Para el análisis aquí presentado se recuperaron diferentes documentos y materiales curriculares, así como textos producidos por el equipo a cargo del espacio curricular Práctica I y por el estudiantado.
