Sumario: | Considering that the way we communicate is by means of statements, embodied within discursive genres (BAKHTIN, 2015), these should be considered when working with foreign languages in order to enable students to use the languages in different contexts of communication. Therefore, in this paper, we define discursive genres and discuss the specifics that should be considered when working the genres with students. Finally, through reporting and evaluating an activity with the discursive genre profile, we analyze how the didactic transposition to the classroom occurred. This activity was applied to two UFMG classes, a Spanish class for undergraduate language students and one Portuguese class as an additional language, for foreign students who are studying in Brazil. |
