Sumario:Habitus is a disposition towards a risk. In the case of the pandemic, the habitus of transfer and stay suggests contexts that the present work addresses to observe them in a sample of students. A cross-sectional, exploratory, and non-experimental study was carried out. The sample consisted of 100 students with an average age of 20 years old, a monthly income of 1,781.89 USD and an average 150 minutes commute time from residence to school. A structure of five factors that explained the effects of state communication on the use of public transport was found. It is hoped that the model can extend the dimensions of the habitus to other research settings.
