Sumario:The integral development of a conventional broadcasting radio and its emission through internet is an investigative initiative and a pedagogic development. This idea, together with the creation of educative and local contents, wins great relevance in the TIC and the digital communication era. Even though the new technologies provide lots of benefits, they are limited to certain characteristics, such as broadband or computer knowledge. So, a radio broadcasting goes beyond the limits previously mentioned covering the areas where new technologies are not available.
