| Sumario: | This paper makes a reflection about the learning process of young and adult students, that sometimes excluded from the formal process of education,have a reduced chance of their insertions on the information society.Looking for the minimization of this exclusion problem, an educational problem were developed to assist the teaching-learning process of the University of Passo Fundo's supplementary course. Several studies were performed to the development of this research, such as, e-learning, learning process of young and adult students, development methodologies of educational virtual environment, evaluation methods and teaching guidance in educational virtual environment, and human-computer interaction aspects. |
