Sumario:This paper presents an analysis on the role played by precariousness and precarious workers in the formation and consolidation of three significant experiences of rank and file unionism in Argentina: Subway, Kraft and Madygraf (ex Donnelley). Our research question si about the joins betwen precariousness and rank and file unionsm, in search of the elements that enable this articulation. This question emanates from our empirical research, but also the attempt to establish certain theoretical revenues at the tendency of the social sciences to analyze precariat as a unit in itself, disassociated from stable job, and breakind down their forms of organization and resistance. The union revitalization in Argentina shows gray areas that overlap between precarious and stable labor geography in the same place, which forced the joint between oldand new.
