Sumario:In the first decades of the 21st century we are witnessing a renewed interest from the academic centers of the central countries, Western Europe and North America, for the concept of populism. Interest that translates into an increase in the bibliographic corpus on it, generating a new chapter in the historical evolution of the concept. Deficiencies that we suspect have their origin in this concept-building strategy.
