| Sumario: | Societies are in a constant process of change and the consequences of the globalization process are manifested anywhere on the planet. In this context, this article takes up some of the topics discussed in my doctoral thesis with the aim of addressing three issues that have been key in it. On the one hand, I try to address some of the theoretical developments that are currently being debated within global history, trying to organize and structure them, and, on the other, I analyze the social representations that secondary-level history teachers in the city of Neuquén (Argentina) has on this historiographical perspective in teaching. Likewise, here I propose to contribute some theoretical and empirical aspects to qualitative and critical research in didactics of history so that they can become guidelines and a possible contribution to citizenship education, particularly in these times of globalization. |
