They were experiences that spawned a series of practices characterized by the political commitment of intellectual activity, the will to bear witness to the political drama and, particularly, with an eye toward the margins of the proletarian city. Este artículo plantea abordar algunas experiencias culturales atravesadas por la influencia de las vanguardias en el plano artístico y literario, articuladas al antifascismo como perspectiva política de los intelectuales durante los años treinta en Rosario. Fueron experiencias que engendraron una serie de prácticas caracterizadas por el compromiso político de la actividad intelectual, la voluntad de brindar testimonio sobre el drama político y, particularmente, con la mira puesta en los márgenes de la ciudad proletaria.
