Sumario:Despite announcements of imminent exhaustion, different works associated with objectivist poetics have emerged in recent years: Sumisión (Taborda 2020), 1864 (Aguirre 2020), Morris (Kesselman 2019), Maples (Pérez 2021), without forgetting La vivienda del trabajador by Daniel García Helder, published in 2008 and republished in 2017. Three of those authors (Taborda, García Helder, Aguirre) belong to the first group associated with that current and are in their sixties. The other two published their books after 2010 and are not yet forty. This inter–generational permanence would enable a reflection on some literary concerns, the usefulness of a negative canon and the writing experiences arising from these premises. Thus, in principle, it could be said that the attention directed to the image, things and circumstances captures a reality in motion, capable of proposing new strategies at the level of syntax, verse and the literary discourse in general.
