In this way, this paper addresses some results of the research project carried out in the biennium 2016-2017 called "Historical reconstruction of neighborhood spaces and their problems, from the memory of the neighbors", in which the presence of the State and other actors in the organizational processes for the resolution of social problems in the Revol, Bella Vista, Observatorio and Alberdi neighborhoods of the city of Córdoba is investigated.  The qualitative study combined primary sources -focus groups- and secondary sources -oral history productions of students of the social work career developed during the period 2009-2014 and consultation of bibliography on the object of study-. En el marco de la línea de investigación sobre historia del campo profesional del Trabajo Social en Córdoba que nuestro equipo desarrolla desde el año 2004, nos proponemos orientar la mirada hacia los territorios y sus problemas sociales desde la perspectiva de la historia oral y de la memoria colectiva.De esta manera, en el presente escrito se abordan algunos resultados del proyecto de investigación realizado en el bienio 2016-2017 denominado “Reconstrucción histórica de espacios barriales y sus problemáticas, desde la memoria de los vecinos”, en el cual se indaga la presencia del Estado y de otros actores en los procesos organizativos para la resolución de problemas sociales de los barrios Revol, Bella Vista, Observatorio y Alberdi de la ciudad de Córdoba. En el estudio cualitativo se combinaron fuentes primarias -grupos focales- y fuentes secundarias -producciones de historia oral de estudiantes de la carrera de trabajo social desarrolladas durante el periodo 2009-2014 y consulta de bibliografía sobre el objeto de estudio-.
