Sumario:The flooding of the city of Santa Fe in 2003 was the most tragic event in the province and one of the most dramatic in the history of the country. The overflow of the Salado River caused the death of hundreds of people and subsequently changed the lives of other miles. Music and its artists will quickly demonstrate the consequences of the flood. Horacio Guarany was one of the first to offer his version of the flood through his song «Carta abierta al río Salado». In this paper we will analyze the approaches that the author used to define the causes of the 2003 flood.
